The Reconditioned Program

Our program is an opportunity to not just regain your health or to lose some stubborn weight, but to enhance and amplify your health. The wealth of knowledge and expertise in the reconditioned.me team will deliver you the most effective (yet easy-to-follow) program Australia has seen for long-term health and weight management. Reconditioned.me is a legitimate solution to health backed by science.

The Reconditioned.me program offers a legitimate solution to health, packaged in an 8-week program which will help you to amplify your health and optimise performance. Each week you will build on the knowledge and tools learned in the previous week until you are equipped to be the custodian of your own health.

Each week you will receive:
• A meal plan including breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack for each day of the week
• A workout routine customised to your fitness level
• A guided meditation and mindfulness coaching by our highly qualified mindset team
• Insights and guidance from all of our experts in the form of weekly blogs

You will also have access to a comprehensive library of delicious recipes and simple exercises that you can access at any time.

The meal and fitness plans are also completely customisable, so you can make the program fit your lifestyle and tastes.

The program runs for 8 weeks in total. You will always get the full 8 weeks of the program, even if you start mid-week.

The weekly program cycle begins on Sundays, so if you join midweek, you will be starting on the day that you sign up. But don’t worry, you won’t miss out on the preceding days! At the end of Week 8, the days you missed in Week 1 will be transferred to a catch up week, allowing you to catch up on any meals or workouts that you missed.

Content is released to you weekly, so you won’t be able to access the content for weeks that you have not yet reached. This is to ensure you get the most out of the program by following the recommended order of recipes, workouts and meditations.

You can always access past content at any time if you miss a day or if you want to revisit your favourite workouts or recipes from previous weeks.

Mindset

The week you will have missed will still be available to you – simply log in.

The Mindset component is VERY important. Without the right mindset, the other aspects of living a healthy lifestyle are often short-lived.

A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

Absolutely not, Neera will guide you through the meditations.

Glenn is a Phd Clinical Psychologist and Neera has a taught on mindfulness since 1993.

Nutrition

All the dishes are dairy free, occasionally we use butter or ghee.

Absolutely – feel free to replace with olive oil, tallow, lard, hemp oil, macadamia oil or walnut oil, etc.

No, the recipes are only a framework to work by, if you want to add other ingredients then feel free (as long as they fit into the reconditioned ethos).

No, this notion is outdated and incorrect. Healthy fats are to be embraced and enjoyed.

All the recipes use whole ingredients and no refined sugar us added.

Fitness

Yes – there are 3 levels to choose from; beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Some exercises require a weight to get the best result.

Borrow, loan or grab some cheap second-hand ones or simply make your own from sandbags or water bottles.

Yes – you can select from the exercise library to customise your own sessions.

We prescribe 3 sessions per week and no longer than 25 minutes.

No – all of the sessions can be done at home or in a park.

Your Account

Yes – you can in full or weekly.

No – once the program has begun, no refund can be issued.

You can certainly access all your fitness routines and meal plans on your mobile, however the customisation options are only available on a desktop computer.
