Alternate Frontal DB Raise

Standing tall with feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Hold the DB in front of your thighs. Brace your abs as you slowly raise one DB away from you up to shoulder height. Return the weight to the start position and repeat on the alternate arm.  1 Rep = Left+Right rep.
