Bent Knee Sit-Up

Lying on the ground on you back, place your feet flat on the ground with your knees bent.  Lightly place your fingertips on your temples or arms across chest (slightly harder).  Recruit your abs as your lift your upper body off the ground and aim to get your chest to your knees.  Return to the start position with control and repeat.
