Stand with feet hip width apart and hold a DB in each hand with a pronated grip (overhand). Hinge at the hips with soft knees and allow your torso to lean forward whilst maintaining a straight back.
With arms extended and the ends of the DB end to end, gradually row with your right arm and lift the DB towards your right armpit as your elbows travels out wide. Return to the start position with control before repeating on the alternate side. 1 rep = L + R rep
