Burpees

Standing tall with feet hip width apart. Lower your hands to the ground and place them in front of your feet. Jump your feet back behind you and lower your thighs and chest to the ground. Push yourself off the ground (pivot off your knees) and hop your feet to the start position before performing a vertical jump. Repeat
