Butterfly Sit Up

Lying on your mat with you arms out stretched above your head and the legs bent with soles of your feet touching each other. Recruit your abs as you lift your head, arms and shoulders off the mat. As you sit up extend your hands to touch your feet or beyond. Curl your spine back to the mat and allow your arms to go overhead again with control. Repeat.
