Chair Step-up w Knee Drive

Standing tall with feet hip-width apart with secure chair in front of you. Place your left foot on the chair (including your heel), drive your weight through your left heel as you lift your body up onto the chair. Once up on the chair drive your right knee up towards your chest, before returning your right foot and leg to it’s start position and repeat. Once you’ve completed 10 reps on one side repeat on the other side.
