Criss Cross Crunches

Lying on your back with legs extended, fingers on temples and elbows out wide. Lift your left leg and bend the knee, recruit your abs and lift your upper body off the mat and bring your right elbow towards your elevated knee. Return to the start position and repeat on the alternate side.  Left + right = 1 rep
