Curtsy Squat

Standing tall with feet hip-width apart. Take a step back with your left leg and place your foot beyond the line of your right foot. Drop the back knee to perform a squat/lunge.  Return to the start position and perform on the alternate side.  Left + right rep = 1 rep.
