DB Lunge + Press

Standing tall with DB at shoulder height and feet hip-width apart.  Take a long stride backwards with your left leg and drop your left knee directly to the ground, whilst simultaneously extend your left arm directly above your head.  Return to the start by driving through your right heel and repeat on the alternate side.  Left + right rep = 1 rep
