DB Reverse Lunge

Standing tall with feet hip width apart, cradle the DB in both hands at chest height with elbows in tight. Take a long stride (1 ½ stride lengths) back with your left leg. Drop your left knee directly to the ground. Aim to have a 90-degree angle at your right knee. Drive through your right heel and off your left toes and return to the start position. Repeat all reps on your left leg before swapping to your alternate side.
