DB Snatch

Standing tall with feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart, place a DB in between your feet.  Squat down and grip the DB, drive out of that position and perform a high pull, before extending the arm until the arm is fully extended above your head and elbow locked. Soften your elbow and allow the DB to descend to the ground with control.  Once the DB has touched the ground perform another rep.
