Elephant Walk

Standing tall with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Hinge at the hips and lower your hands towards the ground, place your hands firmly on the ground (in front of your feet) with slightly soft knees. Slowly walk your hands away from your feet. Aim to place your hands as far away from your feet as possible without compromising your lower back. Slowly walk your hands back towards  your feet and repeat.
