Hindu Push Up

Perform a high plank on your mat. Hitch your hips towards the ceiling (downward dog) aiming to keep your legs as straight as possible and spine straight. Lower you chest towards the mat before extending your elbow and spine into an upward dog position. Now hitch your hips once again and return to the start position. Repeat.
