Inch Worm

Standing tall with feet hip-width apart, hinge at the hip and lower your hands towards the ground.  Place your hands on the ground (can have soft knees) and gradually walk your hands away from your feet until you feel your abs ‘kick-in’.  At this point gradually walk your feet towards your hands.  Now walk your hands away from your feet and repeat.
