Incline Push-up

Place your hands (arms straight) on a secure chair, lounge or park bench, and shoulder-width apart. With feet hip-width about create a solid bridge between your ankles and shoulders. Slowly bend your elbows as your chest lowers towards the ground. Once your chest is close to the ground, push against the chair and return to the start position and repeat. Maintain your bridge throughout the entire movement.
