Kneeling DB Row

Kneel on all fours with knees hip-width apart and a DB in your right hand.  Stabilise through the mid section as you lift the DB up towards your right armpit, whilst keeping your elbow close to your body. Repeat for 10 reps before switching to the alternate side.
