Push Up

Perform a high plank resting on your toes (curled under) and hands (fingers spread). Lower your chest towards the ground as your elbows go out wide, whilst maintaining a solid bridge between your ankles and shoulders. Once your chest get 10-15cms from the ground return to the start position with control and repeat.
