Reverse Burpee

Standing tall with feet hip-width apart with your mat directly behind you.  Perform a low squat until your bottom touches the mat (use your hands to assist).  Roll onto your back and shoulder whilst bringing your legs over you head.  Drive from your shoulders until you are back onto your feet (use your hands to assist).  Once onto your feet perform a vertical jump.  Repeat for 10 reps
