Russian Twists

Sitting on your mat with a KB or DB in both hands, shift your weight back to allow your feet to lift off the ground.  Rotate to the right and lightly tap the weight on the ground before coming back to the start position and repeating on the alternate side.  Left + right side = 1 Rep
