Scissor Kicks

Lying on your back on your mat. Place your hands under your bum for support and lift your head and neck off the ground to help support your lower back. Lift your heels 20-30 cms off the ground. Abduct your legs and spread your legs wide, slowly return your legs to start – maintain the heel height throughout the first phase. Overlap your legs (one above, one below) and entire movement.
