Seated Alternate DB Bicep Curl

Sitting tall on the edge on a bench or seat with a DB in each hand and feet together.  Keeping your right elbow low and tucked into the body lift the DB up towards your shoulders.  Slowly lower the weight to the start position and repeat on the alternate arm.  Left & Right rep = 1 Rep
