Seated Arnie Press

Sit on the edge of a secure chair or bench. Place your feet flat on the floor, hip width apart.  Sit tall with a straight spine and cradle the DB with supine grip (under hand) at chest height with elbows tucked in. Lift the DB above your head and allow for rotation. Your palms will be facing away from you at the top of the movement. Lower the DB with control to the start position allowing for rotation. Repeat
