Seated DB reverse Flye

Sitting on the edge of a secure chair or bench with feet in a narrow stance position. Hold a DB in each hand in a neutral position down by your side. Hinge at the hips and allow your torso to lean forward whilst maintaining a straight spine. Lift the DB directly away from each other and aim for shoulder height. Return the DB to the start position with control.  Repeat.
