Seated Shoulder Press

Sitting tall on the edge of a secure chair or bench. Hold a DB in each hand with a neutral grip at shoulder height with elbows tucked in. Extend both arms directly above your head until both elbows are fully extended. Return both DB to the start position with control. Repeat
