Seated Alternate DB Shoulder Press

Sitting tall in a secure chair or bench with both DB at your shoulders.  Brace your abs as you extend your right arm directly up, keeping your elbow in tight to the body.  Return to the start position with control and repeat on the alternate side.  Left +right rep = 1 rep
