Side Planks on Knee

Lying on your side resting on your right forearm and right knee, with your shoulders, hips and knees stacked. Lift your hips up towards the sky and hold momentarily at the top of the movement before lowering your hip towards the ground. Repeat to complete your 10 reps before moving to the alternate side
