Single Arm DB Row (Chair)

With the DB in your right hand, rest your left knee and hand on a chair or solid surface.  Hand in a neutral position; bring the weight up toward your armpit as your elbow stays close to your body. Return the weight to the start position and repeat.  Complete the reps on one side before swapping sides.
