Split Lunge

Standing tall with feet hip width apart. Soften the knee and jump on the spot placing your left foot forward and right foot back. Lower your right knee directly to the ground; lightly tap the ground (or as close as possible) before performing another jump and switching the legs. 1 rep = L + R rep.
