Standing Alternate DB Bicep Curls

Standing tall with feet slightly wider than hip width apart, with DB down by your side with a neutral grip. Recruit your abs as you lift your right DB up towards your chest whilst maintaining the starting position with your elbow. Allow for rotation so your palm is facing you at the top of the movement. Return the DB to the start position with control and repeat on the alternate side. 1 rep = L + R rep.
