Standing DB Bicep Curls

Standing tall with feet shoulder width apart with abdominals braced and DB in each hand.  Keeping your elbows low and tucked into the body lift both weights up towards your shoulders.   Slowly lower both weights back to the start position and repeat for 10 reps.
