Standing DB Shoulder Press

Stand upright with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Hold the DB in both hands, with hands in a neutral position just above your shoulders with your elbows close to your body and pointing forwards slightly. Simultaneously extend both elbows as you lift the DB above your head, ensuring both hands remain in a neutral position. Return the weights to the start position with control and repeat.
