Standing to Kneeling

Standing tall with feet hip width apart.  Take a long stride back with your left leg and drop you knee directly to the ground.  Rest your left knee on the ground. Position your right leg to join your left on the ground (kneeling position).  Now place your left foot in the start position and drive through your left heel to come up to standing.  Now repeat start on your alternate side.  Left + right rep = 1 rep.
