Straight Arm Sit up

Lying on the ground with your hands alongside your body and legs fully extended.  Recruit your abs as you curl your spine off the ground whilst simultaneously lifting your feet off the ground.  Aim to finish with your arms parallel to the ground.  Return to the start position with control and repeat for 10 reps
