Sumo KB Deadlift

Standing tall with your feet in a wide-stance and feet facing slightly outwards.  Hinge the hips and allow your knees to bend slightly, grip the KB with both hands.  Drive your hips forward as you straighten your legs until you are fully extended and standing tall.  Return the KB to the ground and repeat for 10 reps.
