Outcome:
To warm-up the joints and muscles in preparation for the training session. The warm-up will increase blood flow and stimulate the nervous system. It should evoke a light sweat with a slight rise in body temperature.
Time:
5 mins total
Protocol
20 seconds of the following:
1. Marching on the spot
2. Jogging on the spot
3. Jogging w high knees
4. Reverse lunges
5. Star jumps
6. Arms in front w rotation
7. Arms in front with flexion/extension
8. Elephants walks
Repeat one more time
