Walking Lunges

Standing tall with feet hip-width apart. Take a long stride forward with your left leg, allow you back knee to descend directly to the ground. Drive down through your left heel and bring your back leg forward to return to the start position.  Repeat on the alternate leg as you travel forward.  Left + right rep = 1 rep
