Standing tall with a secure chair or bench in front of you (approx. 30cm away). Cradle the KB or DB with both hands at chest height with elbows tucked in. Place your left foot on the chair or bench (including your heel) and drive your weight through your left heel and lift your body until both feet are side by side on top of the chair or bench. Lower the right leg back to the start position with control and repeat. Once 10 reps are completed on the left legs repeat on the alternate side.
