Our Team

Cliff Harvey
"The Nutrition Nerd"

Cliff Harvey is a self-confessed nerd or ‘pointy head’ as he prefers to be called. If we are being professional about it, Cliff is a researcher, registered clinical nutritionist and naturopath who has written a number of successful books including his latest, The Carb Appropriate Diet. His credentials are staggering, but it’s his ‘WHY’ which is perhaps most alluring – after being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2000, Cliff set about improving his own health through research and study which then inspired him to help thousands of other people achieve great health.

Cliff isn’t your typical nerd though – he is a world champion weightlifter and world record holder… brain and brawn it would seem.

Glenn Mackintosh
"The Mind Jedi"

Glenn Mackintosh is the Founder of Weight Management Psychology and resident psychologist on Channel Ten’s The Biggest Loser:Transformed. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, a fellow of the Obesity Prevention and Treatment Society, and the Queensland representative for the APS Psychology of Eating, Weight, and Body-image Interest Group. Before venturing into full-time private practice, he was the Director of Psychology at the Wesley Lifeshape Clinic. Like all of us on the Reconditioned.me team, Glen firmly believes that psychology is the missing piece to the puzzle when it comes to health transformations. Reconditioning your approach and mindset to health will trigger a cascading affect to reinvigorate your health.

Neera Scott
"The Mindfulness Coach"

Neera brings around 25 years experience as a meditation practitioner and yoga teacher and is a professionally accredited mindfulness trainer and coach. Having began her meditation and yoga journey around 1992 while pregnant, Neera went on to undertake regular 10 day retreats and intensive daily practice. This lead her to do a yoga apprenticeship in 1996, and in 1997 Neera spent a year in India under the instruction of Jnana Yoga master HWL Poonja, where she studied the more subtle aspects of the teachings.

After teaching on training programs in Australia for a number of years, Neera was subsequently invited to lead programs internationally, from workshops and teacher trainings throughout Europe and Nepal, to conferences and retreats in various locations around the world.

Now based in Sydney, Neera works as a specialist coach and mindfulness consultant in both corporate and personal development settings. Neera has gained accreditation with The Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and with the global mindfulness consultancy Potential Project. Her work with executive wellbeing has been profiled in several business journals including BRW, Company Director; by The Australian Institute of Management and in Mens’ Health and Yoke magazines. She is credited on the author team of the recent Harvard Business Review publication The Mind of the Leader.

Neera is passionate about the benefits of reflective practice for our pressured and over-stimulated times, when to simply take time out for ourselves can seem like a luxury, yet can be the vital circuit breaker that makes the difference between wellbeing and burnout.

While taking a personal and relaxed approach to teaching mindfulness, Neera emphasises the importance of cultivating a disciplined mindset, allowing us to better understand ourselves and achieve clarity around our goals.

Scott Gooding
“The Recipe Guy”

Scott Gooding is an Australian chef, health coach, author and thought leader – encouraging and inspiring people to cook real food at home for themselves and their loved ones. Scott breaks down the barriers to cooking healthy food with his simple, affordable, nourishing recipes.

Scott believes the tipping point for health is to entice Australians back into the kitchen – only then will we be custodians of our own health.

After suffering a debilitating back injury in 2005 Scott learned of the power of food as a means to amplify health.

Scott has aligned with brands such as Thr1ve, Whirlpool, Body Science and Undivided Food Co. in order to continue to share his message on health and he is the author of the bestselling ‘Clean Living’ series along with his latest book, ‘The Keto Diet’.
